Eat3d Wallpaper 7 by MikeJensen Eat3d Wallpaper 7 by MikeJensen
Hey Guys,

So Iíve been working on a new hard surface DVD with Eat3d covering techniques in Zbrush R2.

For the character I took an existing female character, modified the proportions and face, and then designed the armor on top of that.

The DVD covers concepting, final model, detailing, cloth sim, rendering with vray, and tweaking in Photoshop. Everything is in Zbrush except for cloth sim and rendering clays.

The DVD can be found here:

These renders were done in 3ds max with Vray. I made them wallpaper sized for those who wanted =)

For those curious hereís my hardware:

Gfx Card: Quadro 6000
Proc: i7 2600k
Mem: 16gb

Thanks a ton! =D Ah I used zbrush for everything but the female was already created I just tweaked it a lot. That was done in Z too. But all of the armor is from zbrush. You have some cool sculpts btw I've always wanted to do traditional sculpting but it seems kinda hard T_T.

thankyou :D haha I think it's the other way around that it's the hard surface modeling that's the hardest XD Have to get a hold of that dvd :)
